OUR CLASSES

WEIGHTS

Designed in a station format with the aim of progressively overloading and growing your muscular strength. Body weight, weights and bars are used in the class. For those wanting a good whole body strengthening class with low cortisol spikes this class is perfect for that.

GROUND FIT

The class is structured with a mobility and functional body movement warm up layered with a hilt and cor workout,using medium resistance and body weight , focusing on improving  your VO2 capacity and whole body strength. All levels are welcome

YOGA FLOW

Yoga Flow specifically focuses on body movements which help in improving cardiovascular output, physical fitness, and firmness while yoga focuses on body positions hence improving mental, internal, and external stability.

SHESENSU

A brilliant mixture of Eastern & Western exercise techniques into one mindful movement flow. The class is a combination of Cardio, Sculpt and Stretch to challenge and work the whole body. Using addictive tribal beats to uplift & motivate throughout the whole session.

TAI CHI QI GONG

This meditative practice combines slow, deliberate movements with deep breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and inner peace. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our instructors will guide you through each session for a truly rejuvenating experience.
