The Ground Studio pilates classes have grown tremendously, thanks to our amazing teachers, who have introduced clients to the foundation principles of pilates, focusing on combining basic movements with your breathing and allowing time to concentrate on centring your body, whilst learning how to engage your core muscles. The classes will focus on posture, alignment and for those working with injuries, modifications to exercises are always offered.
